We have been registering interest from our valued customers requesting more two-way interaction and communication for some time. After consideration and careful planning, we are very pleased to share our progress nurturing seeds of our new community program.
While it is still early days, these are some of the first steps we’ve taken, as well as some immediate next steps planned:
Communication: We’re here on our new blog! Bookmark and watch this space for frequent posts about people and organizations in our community, and the ideas, topics, and trends that matter most to them. We’ll also begin emailing community content on a monthly basis, so do make sure you are signed up to receive our forthcoming newsletter. Through these channels, as well as via social media (follow us here, here, and here), we will seek your ideas and contributions.
Connections: Today, we facilitate a number of interest groups in which community members lead discussions on topics of interest to their organizations. These groups meet regularly and will play a role in informing directions of future product enhancement and development. More groups to come. Find a group or suggest your topic today.
Finally, we’re delighted to announce our first (virtual) community meeting! This meeting will bring together the most successful elements of Engage User Conferences, and fuse them with the two-way, community-led meetings you’ve been asking for. Atypon customers can register here.
